Return, Exchange And Refunds Policy:

Products must be factory sealed to receive exchange or a refund with your purchase within 30 days you may return any Unopened items with complete package and item for a refund, or exchange. and shipping charges are not refundable.

Return your order or items for a refund or exchange the coupon amount (if any) will be deducted from your a refund or exchange. 

No authorization required For return or exchange. the Unopened items with copmplet package to be returned and enclose a note indicating if you want an exchange or a refund. and day time phone #.

 

Defective Products

We will be happy to exchange any defective product for the same title within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received and processed your return we will ship your replacement.

 

Opened Products

Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept opened, non-defective items for a refund or exchange due to health risks, only unopened or mechanically defective items are accepted for an exchange.

 

Shipping charge will apply for any return shipping if the item does not meet our return policy.

 

Return Orders

Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges if your order has been returned to us due to any of the reasons listed, International return and Custom return. U.S.P.S. will ship the undeliverable package back to us.  to reship your package, a new shipping charge will apply. Refusing to accept a shipped order will result  shipping fee. You will not be credited the full amount.

If The Credit Card holder name does not match, and the address provided does not match billing address of cardholder; or if your shipping address is different than your billing address, we may need to verify all your information, and shipping address.
